Acceptance of terms
By accessing talentvox.com, careernext.app, or talentcard.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by French law.
Description of services
TalentVox operates a publishing imprint (Éditions TalentVox), an AI career coaching platform (CareerNext.app), and a CV-to-card generator (CareerCard.ai). The rAIse book is a physical and digital publication available for purchase. All AI tools are provided on an as-is basis.
Intellectual property
All content on TalentVox properties — including the rAIse methodology, book text, brand marks, and software — is the exclusive property of TalentVox. Reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works are prohibited without prior written consent. The rAIse name, the TalentVox name, CareerNext.app, and CareerCard.ai are trademarks of TalentVox.
User conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer any software, to submit false or misleading information, or to scrape or harvest content from our platforms.
AI-generated content
CareerNext.app and CareerCard.ai use artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career advice. TalentVox accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Payments and refunds
Book purchases are processed via our payment partners. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Physical books may be returned within 14 days in original condition in accordance with French consumer law. CareerNext.app subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; refunds are issued at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentVox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TalentVox in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
