Who we are
TalentVox (Éditions TalentVox, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France) operates talentvox.com, careernext.app, and talentcard.ai. The data controller for your personal data is TalentVox, contact: hello@talentvox.com.
Data we collect
We collect only the minimum necessary. On talentvox.com: email address (if you subscribe to our newsletter). On CareerCard.ai: CV content you voluntarily paste or upload — processed in-session, never stored. On CareerNext.app: account email and session data required to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
How we use your data
Your email address is used solely to send you career transition insights and product updates you opted into. You may unsubscribe at any time with a single click. CV content on CareerCard.ai is processed only to generate your card and is not retained after your session ends.
Cookies
talentvox.com uses minimal first-party cookies for analytics (anonymised, aggregate only). No third-party advertising cookies are used. You may disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting core functionality.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@talentvox.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data on CareerNext.app is retained as long as your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. CareerCard.ai retains no data.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (CareerNext.app). Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) subject to standard data processing agreements. No data is shared with third parties for marketing.
